  Breakfast was not included as a standard. We asked for two double beds room but were given a king size bed and sofa bed. We had to ask for a fridge. Since we booked for 2 rooms, they should ideally be next to each other.

  Staff was very nice. Room was immaculate.

  No refridgerator. Vending machine at end of hall was out of everything, and then didn't give my money back. Meals and store very expensive.

  The Marriott wins hands down for location you are definately right in the middle of everything. The rooms are just regular rooms really nothing special, I requested a room with a good view and received a room looking in to another building but I guess being right in the middle of the city thats what you get.My intention was to have everything be convenient and it was.

  Sorry to be vague, but everything! Loved the ambience. The front desk staff are so warm and friendly. It was one of the hottest weekends in Toronto (41 oC+) so the cool air in hotel was topps! The decor is just wicked, Love the metro theme, pictures of downtown to on the walls. The pool, hot tub, and lounge area on the top floor are excellent after a long day of shopping, and touring till you drop! I can not wait to come back to the Marriot Downtown Eaton Centre. I am a travel agent, and will recommend this property to all my clients. I'm back to work refreshed and relaxed. Thank you Marriott for a wonderful weekend getaway, I really needed it.

  We had a great stay in this hotel .... The staff and the location of the hotel helped to make our 1st time visit to Toronto a success ! Very helpful staff, and the hotel location is simply perfect ! I would definitely pick this hotel next time I'm in Toronto !!!

  There was noise in our room coming from outside the hotel which disturbed us a lot the first night... However, they directly changed our room the following day as soon as we placed a complaint ...

  Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were quite spacious and very clean with a large bathroom and great rain shower head. Staff was very friendly and accomodating of our request to have rooms close together (we had two rooms across the hall from each other). The valet parking was a reasonable price and only $6 more than self park. I had also requested away from elevators and were at the end of the hall so very quiet.

  My only complaint is a lack of bar fridge. But if you bring a cooler with an ice pack that will work just as well.

  Perfect location to attend taping of CityLine show & Billy Elliott at the Canon theatre. Wonderful central spot for our girls day of retail therapy.

  The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel staff were all very nice and really helpful. I enjoyed the stay with them and will recommend them to my friends and users of Booked.net

  i think that the hotel should provide free internet service in the rooms. free wifi...it makes me very angry to utilize free wifi in the lobby so that you try and encourage people to by food. i believe if you give give free wifi service you will enhance people like me to return to the hotel...

  nice carpet in hallways, totally well finished, my wife had a great salad by room service, a modern luxury hotel with downtown location.

  I would have enjoyed a bigger pool, but we were in it a lot and the temperature was great

  The fluctuating temperature of the water in shower. I nearly scalded myself and then it would turn cold.
